Booking and terms for rental

Payment

• If your reservation has been made one month prior to the beginning of your stay there is a booking charge of 25%. The remainder is to be paid in full 14 days prior to your stay.
• Short stays can be paid in cash upon arrival.

Cancelling your reservation

• If your booking is cancelled 30 days prior to your stay there will be a 20 € administration fee.
• If your booking is cancelled later then 30 days pending your stay there will be a cancellation fee of 25% of the total sum.
• There will be no reimbursement of funds if the cancellation takes place during the stay.

Cleaning

• The customer is take care of cleaning the cabin.
• If there has been no final cleaning then the landlord has the right to charge a cleaning fee. The cabin renter can also buy final cleaning € 60, Koivutupa € 80.

Compensating for damages

• The customer is to compensate Alavan Rantatuvat for all damages incurred to the cabins or other property.

Other

• The cabins are available from 15.00 o’clock on the day of your arrival and check out is at 12.00 on the final day of your stay.
• Bedding is not included in the rent but can be hired for 10 € per person.
• There is an additional fee of 10 € per pet for dogs or cats, however pets are not allowed in Honkatupa or Tammitupa.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors.
